We stand behind our product with a 30-day guarantee from the date you receive your item. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at support@zunvato.com within 30 days of delivery and our team will work to find the best resolution for you.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, email us at support@zunvato.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos supporting your claim
We aim to respond to all requests within 1–2 business days. Requests submitted without supporting information may take longer to process.
Compatibility Policy
Our product is specifically designed for standard interior doors with the following requirements:
- Door thickness: 1-3/8" (3.5cm)
- Door-jamb width: 1-3/8" (3.5cm)
We strongly recommend measuring both your door thickness and door-jamb width before placing an order. Compatibility information is clearly outlined on our product page.
If the product does not fit your door, please contact our support team. Each case is reviewed individually and resolutions are determined based on the specific circumstances of the request.
Return & Refund Process
All refund requests are handled directly via email by our support team. Upon review and approval of your request, our team will provide instructions for next steps. Refund amounts and resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis following review of the submitted information.
Items sent back without prior approval and written instructions from our team will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@zunvato.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will resolve all verified damage or defect claims promptly at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Requests submitted without sufficient supporting evidence
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. In some cases, your bank or card provider may require up to 10 business days to process the credit.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a refund request and place a new order separately once your request has been resolved.
